This gluten free product is tested, processed and packaged in our 100% dedicated gluten free facility. While oats are naturally gluten free, they can become cross-contaminated either in the field or in the mill. We inspect all of our deliveries and put them through an R5-ELISA gluten assay test: not just when the oats first arrive at the mill, but also during processing and packaging. They’re suitable for a gluten free diet, but they also taste great!
