• What Types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of healthy products including organic foods, gluten free foods, vegan foods , supplements, vitamins, herbal remedies, natural skincare products. We also have a range of Gluten Free breads, treats, cookies. Our kitchen is Gluten Free. We have a cafe with seatings offering gluten free menu. Vegan options are available as well. We also have our own permaculture farm in Chiangmai and the vegetables are available fresh weekly.

  • Are your products certified organic?

Yes, many of our products are certified organic by reputable certifying bodies. Look for the “certified organic” label on the product page for verification.

  • Are your products suitable for specific dietary requirements?

Absolutely! We understand that everyone’s dietary needs are different. We offer products suitable for various dietary requirements such as gluten-free, vegan, keto-friendly, and more.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

No we do not offer international shipping as most countries have strict regulations with food/supplements imports. We only deliver in Thailand.

  • Why am I unable to order breads/cookies (the bakery section) from the website ?

The reason will most probably be because you live outside the range of motorbike delivery. Our fresh items are perishable and can only be delivered by motorbike only. If you live within 10 kms of our store range in Bangkok and Chiangmai, it should work. You need to pick motorbike delivery shipping option. However, we do deliver to upcountry with cold truck.   • What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it unopened within seven days for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure you have your receipt/order number.

We are committed to cruelty-free products and do not test any of our products on animals. We also strive to work with suppliers who share our values of ethical and sustainable practices.
